1. Use quotes to search for an exact phrase.

   Example: "search tips"

2. minus sign to exclude a word.

   Example: search -tips

3. wave sign: fuzzy search.

   Example: ~tips

4. site: to search within a single website.

   Example: site:github.com

5. filetype: to search for a specific file type.

   Example: filetype:pdf

6. intitle: to search for a specific word in the title.

   Example: intitle:tips

7. inurl: to search for a specific word in the url.

   Example: inurl:tips

8. | to search for one thing or another.
